We can convert 99% of properties. The main criteria’s are :
- Condition of Property
- Repairs to be done
- Management of Premise
Regardless to all mentioned above, we still can convert your property with some help.

We go case by case basis. Depending on the condition and location of your property, we will come up with a special charge for you.
We have a few kinds of payment packages :
- Fixed monthly management fee to us. This will be paid by the Owner to us on a monthly basis Regardless how much your property makes.
- Commission based charge. This package is a Risk-Free method for the Owner. The owner only pays us a commission based on the number of bookings we get for the respective property.

We are not at liberty to point out every single property that we manage due to discretion & Safety of Owners.
But we can tell you that as of March 2020, we have over 20 partners on board with us with units all over Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia.
Our Existing units
For Casa Blanca Villa, There will be someone who would welcome you and pass you the keys.
For Haven Resort, There will be a self check in guide sent to you via whatsapp before you arrive. There will always be some around to guide if there are any problems faced during check in.
For Lepak Lodge, It’s very simple, we will send you a biometric code according to your check in and check out time & date to open the main door and a locker code for the room. No need to meet any staff.
